    The Primal Blueprint 90 Day Journal is a great tool to "hack and track" your Primal journey. As someone who likes to freeform journal, I appreciate the balance layout of the journal. It allows for the logging of both structured data as well as narrative free form.

    In particular, I like the concept of "experimentation". Run a couple of experiments with regards to diet and exercise so that you can test various hypotheses.

    I recommend the journal as a tool and inspiration to anyone wanting to quantify and document their Primal progress.

    First came across the Primal Blueprint lifestyle 6 years ago and very much looking forward to using the 90 Day Journal beginning April 2017.
    By using the journal it'll give the opportunity to track 3 months worth of progress and keep me on track and focused with the benefits of utilising the Primal Blueprint formula.

    This was much more than I expected! It is very thorough and perfect for experimenting with what works, what doesn't and what might but not right now. I've seen and used a ton of different training journals and none compare to this one. Well put together. I'm finishing up the 21 day challenge and then will put this to use. It won't be the last one I purchase as long as they are available ;)

    Great product. The journal is helpful to keep track of meals, weight loss, body fat percentage, macros, and exercise.
    I gave this product 4 stars because I would like a more detailed meals section. I don't really use the primal lifestyle rating or summary sections of this journal. If your following the lifestyle you will feel great.

    First impressions I love it. It's heavy & feels well put together. Thick pages, & upon opening greeted with a clear bold, large type that I can read at a glance.
    Not a lot but quite a bit of stuff to grt through before I can start to fill in journal but as I glance through I do see that its is important to read so I am going to show some restraint & read it before rushing in head long.
    All in 10 out of 10 great quality & content.
    On the down side because I live in the UK shipping was high & time of delivery was not as fast as I would have liked.

    I've looked at online food journals, apps and even paper journals that provide a means of tracking ones journey to health. However, they all seemed very one-dimensional. Yes, calories are a good thing to monitor as are feelings and exercise. But the Primal Blueprint 90-Day Journal provides the timeline and baseline, emotional and physical aspects along with personal commentary and the scientific approach to health. Tracking the strategic elements in this journal, furnishes the ability to continually monitor and make adjustments while examining the variables that affect our psychological and physiological performance. After seeing several patterns, such as how stress affects my motivation, I am learning how to be proactive (rather than reactive) through my nutrition.
